This microcourse examines the tools and technologies used in the design, development and delivery of online learning and teaching. Discussion focuses on the Moodle and Google Learning Management Systems. Various video conferencing tools such as Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams for synchronous interaction are examined.

Also discussed are are various tools such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discussion Forum used to facilitate asynchronous interaction. 

Explain the main features of a learning management system
Demonstrate how to use Google learning management system
Implement various alternative and authentic online assessment tools analyse the issues and challenges of online assessment
